Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada
Magnum Search Group has partnered with a well-established heavy equipment dealership and we are currently looking for a Senior Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This role will put you in a key position working for a reputable Heavy Equipment Dealership selling to the Aggregate, Road Building and Municipal markets.

The successful Senior Mechanic with Dealer/Rental experience will be expected to perform his duties at a high level and also assist management in developing processes to ensure efficient and profitable repairs to customer and dealer owned equipment. The candidate will also be expected to assist in mentoring and elevating the existing team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional mechanic experience and possess an active 421A or 310T. They will also come from a heavy equipment dealer/rental setting and be able to perform both on premise and field repairs. There is an expectation that the Senior Heavy Duty Mechanic be a strong communicator with a strong command of the English language in addition to making presentation a priority.
